Frequently Asked Questions

How often are events updated?

Events are refreshed every two days, typically by 7 AM ET. Pull down to refresh on the Discover screen to load the latest data.

How do I change which counties I see events for?

Go to Settings → Coverage Area and toggle the counties you want included. Changes take effect immediately.

Why isn't my local event listed?

We pull from dozens of High Country sources, but we may not cover every venue or calendar yet. Email us with the event source (website or calendar URL) and we'll look into adding it.

How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device?

On the Pro upgrade screen, tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I enable event reminders?

Open any event and tap "Remind Me." You'll be prompted to allow notifications if you haven't already. You can manage notification settings in the Settings tab.

Does the app work without an internet connection?

Basic browsing works offline with the last cached event data. Pro subscribers get full Offline Mode, which keeps a complete local copy of all events synced on your device.

How do I report an incorrect event listing?

Email us at ncponyboy@gmail.com with the event name and what's incorrect. We'll get it fixed in the next update.

Is my location data shared?

No. Location is used only on your device to surface nearby events. It is never transmitted to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
